A young sprinkler stock has its own repair pattern. The drill for an active drip: close the sprinkler control valve, the one on the line with the gauge, leave the house water running, call us. Head replacements, escutcheon and trim fixes, and freeze repairs are typically same-week. Freeze work includes fixing the exposure that caused it, insulation or rerouting, because repairing the split without fixing the cold spot just schedules the next one. Everything ends pressurized, tested and documented.

A screw went through a sprinkler pipe in the garage ceiling. How bad is it?
Contained, if handled now. Close the sprinkler control valve, leave the screw in place (it is plugging its own hole), and call. Pulling the screw first turns a slow weep into a soaked garage. The repair is a section replacement and usually one visit.
Our builder warranty expired. Who fixes the system now?

A pipe froze and split last winter. What does the fix involve?
Replacing the damaged section, then correcting why it froze: missing insulation above a garage ceiling, an unsealed kneewall, a run that should have been routed warmer. We fix both parts, because the split is the symptom and the cold spot is the disease.
The previous owner shut the sprinkler valve off. Is that a big job to undo?
Usually one visit: reopen, pressurize, verify the gauge holds, check heads and fittings, document the system back in service. It is the most common defect in resold sprinklered homes, and undoing it is the cheapest meaningful fire protection money can buy.
